'BistroSupperFern' started with one dream: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Romano family opened our doors in 1985, a humble family-owned restaurant, born from heirloom recipes passed down for generations.

Mia Romano, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her extensive travels across Italy, especially under the tutelage of experienced pizza chefs in Naples, the pizza's homeland. Back in the UK, she aimed to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, sticking to ancestral techniques and the freshest ingredients.

Originally a quaint pizzeria with just 12 seats, we've since become a cherished local fixture, while remaining steadfast in our devotion to excellence and genuineness. We retain the use of traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and select only the finest produce available.

Today, 'BistroSupperFern' is still run by the Romanos, with the second generation at the helm steering our dedicated crew. Though we've taken on some contemporary innovations, we've kept the core of our enterprise intact: forging luscious, genuine pizzas that unite people.
